What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions. If a defect is found within the warranty period, Industrial Turbo International (ITI) will, at its discretion, repair or replace the actuator or the defective component.
What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

    Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents

    Over-boost conditions, tuning errors, or non-OEM calibration

    Electrical damage caused by incorrect wiring or improper voltage supply

    Corrosion, contamination, water intrusion, or foreign object damage

    Normal wear and tear

    Labor costs associated with removal or reinstallation

    Consequential or incidental damages, including engine or turbocharger damage

Warranty Requirements

To be eligible for warranty consideration, the following conditions must be met:

    Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

    The actuator must be installed by a qualified technician

    The actuator must not be modified, disassembled, or tampered with

    Any returned part must be inspected and approved by ITI or an authorized ITI Master Distributor prior to warranty approval

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. ITI’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the actuator. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
