Smeding Diesel S300 Turbo Kit for 2007–2018 6.7L Cummins (Ram 2500 & 3500)

Upgrade your 2007–2018 Dodge Ram 2500 or 3500 6.7L Cummins with the Smeding Diesel S300 Turbo Kit, the ultimate solution for anyone struggling with HE300V or HE351VE turbo failures. Designed for enthusiasts seeking enhanced power, reliability, and drivability, this kit is a direct replacement that delivers more horsepower, faster spool, and long-term durability.

Ditch the Factory HE300V / HE351VE Turbo

The factory HE300V and HE351VE VGT turbos are notorious for failure. Soot, carbon buildup, corrosion, and electronic actuator issues often immobilize the vanes, especially under towing, racing, or high-performance conditions. Stop wasting time and money on remanufactured HE300V/HE351VE turbos—upgrade to the S300 kit for a permanent, high-performance solution.

Why the S300 Kit Outperforms the Factory Turbo

Fixed-Geometry Design: Eliminates vanes and actuator failures—solving the most common HE300V and HE351VE issues
Higher Boost & Faster Spool: Quicker throttle response and increased horsepower for heavy towing, racing, or street performance
Durable Construction: Built to withstand extreme applications and daily driving alike
All-Inclusive Kit: Turbo, T4 divided exhaust manifold, gaskets, mounting bolts, coolant plugs, oil drain extension, and turbo drain gasket
Seamless Fit: Retains factory air intake, downpipe, and intercooler piping for easy installation and cost savings

Maximize Performance with Billet Wheels

While cast compressor wheels provide a reliable upgrade over the HE300V or HE351VE, billet wheels are the ultimate choice for high-performance builds. CNC-machined from solid aluminum, they are lighter, stronger, and faster-spooling, unlocking over 650 HP in the right setup.

Fast Spool: Reduced lag for instant power delivery
Aggressive Blade Design: Higher airflow and horsepower potential
Durable Bearings: Heavy-duty or 360° thrust bearings for extreme applications
