Intake Systems & Manifolds

The Pusher Intake System replaces the factory intake manifold, cold side charge tube, and turbo inlet on 2015-2022 Ford F-250/350 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. Pusher offers four variants: the base Intake System (2017-2019), the Powerflow Intake Manifold/Turbo Inlet Package (2015-2019), the Race Intake Manifold with Turbo Inlet (2015-2016), and the Pusher Intake System with Turbo Inlet for 2020-2022. Each system uses mandrel-bent steel tubing with CNC-machined sensor ports and TIG-welded flanges, delivering perfectly balanced airflow to each cylinder head. The S&B cold air intake (2011-2016) is a bolt-on upgrade compatible with the factory turbo inlet.

Charge Piping & Cold Side Pipes

SPE Motorsport charge piping upgrades replace the failure-prone factory plastic cold side components on 2011-2026 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. The SPE Cold Side Replacement Hose (2017-2026), SPE Intake Piping Kit, and SPE Cold Side Pipe cover the full charge air path from the turbo outlet to the intake manifold. The SPE Hot Side Intercooler Pipe fits non-HO trucks and completes the intercooler circuit. All SPE Motorsport charge piping components are CNC-machined and assembled in the USA.

Cooling System Upgrades

Cooling upgrades for the 6.7L Powerstroke address the two most common failure points: the factory coolant hose routing and the turbo coolant supply line. SPE Motorsport offers the Coolant Hose Reroute Kit (2011-2026), Upper Radiator Hose (2011-2026), and Turbo Coolant Feed Line (2017-2019). The Pusher Coolant Reroute for 2011+ Ford F-250/350 is a direct bolt-on that improves coolant flow to the turbo. All cooling upgrades are direct-fit for the applicable year range - no modification required.

CCV & Crankcase Ventilation

The CCV Internal Catch Can fits 2011-2026 6.7L Powerstroke and separates oil mist from crankcase blowby gases internally. It mounts in place of the factory CCV filter and keeps oil out of the intake tract without rerouting external plumbing.
