The 6.7 ccv re-route clears up a lot of space  under the hood and gets rid of your clogged filter. You will not have to worry about excessive crank case pressure causing oil leaks with this billet kit. The baffle will come black or polished depending on what color you choose.

6.7 Powerstroke CCV Reroute vs. CCV Delete: What’s the Difference?

The factory 6.7 Powerstroke CCV (Crankcase Ventilation) system routes blow-by gases from the crankcase back into the air intake. Over time this contaminates the intake with oil mist, clogs the factory CCV filter, and causes oil leaks at the intake manifold.

CCV Reroute: The blow-by gases are redirected from the intake to an external catch can. The catch can collects the oil mist, keeping it out of the intake and intercooler. Street legal in all states.

CCV Delete: The CCV port is blocked off and blow-by gases vent to atmosphere through a breather filter. For off-road and track use only.

This Powerhouse Diesel billet aluminum kit supports both configurations - choose reroute (catch can) or delete (vent to atmosphere) based on your use case.

  • It redirects crankcase blow-by gases away from the air intake and to an external catch can, stopping oil contamination in the intake and eliminating the factory CCV filter that clogs every 30-60k miles.

  • A reroute redirects blow-by to a catch can - street legal. A delete blocks the port and vents to atmosphere - for off-road use only. This kit supports both setups.

  • Billet aluminum construction (not plastic), made in the USA, and designed specifically for the 6.7L Powerstroke. Includes all hardware and fits 2011-2026 F-250/F-350 with no modification.

  • If the leak is caused by crankcase pressure venting through the intake or a failing CCV filter, yes. The kit eliminates the factory CCV filter and reroutes blow-by away from the intake system.
