Brad runs the service side at Powerhouse Diesel with over fifteen years of service writing behind him. He is the one who takes your call, translates what the truck is doing into what it actually needs, and keeps you updated until it leaves right. Fifteen years on a service desk means he has heard your problem before, and he knows the difference between what a customer describes and what a technician needs to hear.

He takes pride in keeping things running smoothly for both his team and his customers.

Outside of work Brad golfs, floats on the lake, and spends time with his son. His goal, in his own words, is to never stop growing and always be a better person than the day before.

Shane has been a dedicated member of the team for over ten years, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and versatility to his role as Shop Foreman. Known as a true jack of all trades, he’s always ready to jump in and contribute wherever needed, helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Beyond his strong work ethic, Shane values teamwork and takes pride in being someone others can count on. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family—especially in his role as a grandfather—and looks forward to many more years of making lasting memories with them.

Tyler is a diesel technician committed to continuous growth and excellence in his craft. He takes pride in his work and consistently aims to improve his performance. One of his key accomplishments is completing his schooling to become a technician, reflecting his dedication to the trade. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors.

Cameron is a hardworking technician who enjoys staying active and making the most of his time outside of work. Whether he’s at the lake, bird hunting, or spending time with his wife, he values the outdoors and quality time with loved ones. He hopes to one day travel to Hawaii.

Cameron came to us from the dealer side, where he spent four years at Dodge as a certified Cummins technician. That means factory training, factory diagnostic equipment, and four years of seeing what actually goes wrong with these trucks before they ever reach an aftermarket shop

Virginia is usually the first person you talk to when you call Powerhouse Diesel. She is from East Tennessee and values the relationships she builds with customers and coworkers alike.

She is a bride to be who spends her free time outdoors and hunting through antique shops. Her long term goal is to own an old farm house.

Kelsey is the Marketing and Content Manger at Powerhouse Diesel, where she focuses on creating content that showcases the people, personality, and work behind the brand. With a background in film and video production, she enjoys finding creative ways to tell stories and connect with the Powerhouse community through social media.

Born and raised in East Tennessee, Kelsey spends her free time at the lake, watching the Vols play, and going to concerts. One of her personal goals is to travel to new places and experience as much as she can, while bringing her dog along with her.

Trey Herrington serves as Vice President of Business Development at Powerhouse Diesel, where he leads dealer relations and drives strategic growth across the United States and into Canadian territories. With a deep background in sales and customer service, he has built a reputation for delivering results, strengthening partnerships, and holding a high standard across every level of the dealer network.

Known for his direct, no-nonsense approach, Trey brings an edge to the business—focused on performance, accountability, and long-term growth. He manages all dealer accounts nationwide, working closely with partners to expand reach, increase performance, and ensure the Powerhouse Diesel name stands strong in a competitive industry.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Trey spent six years in the Florida Keys before returning to Tennessee in 2020 with a broadened perspective and a sharpened mindset. His experience on and off the clock shapes the way he operates—grounded, driven, and always pushing forward.

Outside of work, Trey lives the culture he represents. From hot rods to the drag strip, performance is more than business—it’s part of who he is. He values time with his wife and their English bulldogs, and takes pride in his family: his son in Phoenix, Arizona, two stepdaughters in Clarksville, Tennessee, and a stepson currently serving in the United States Navy.

Katie is a dedicated Parts Specialist with two years of hands-on experience and a strong reputation for accuracy and problem-solving. She takes pride in carefully identifying the right parts for each situation, ensuring customers receive dependable solutions they can trust.

A lifelong East Tennessee resident, Katie values community and connection. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and is an avid reader, currently halfway to her goal of building a 1,000-book home library.

As one of the newest members of the team, Megan is excited to grow her career in the diesel industry and is always eager to learn something new. She enjoys helping others and brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to everything she does. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two boys and being outdoors whenever she can. A dedicated bowler, Megan has achieved the rare accomplishment of bowling four perfect 300 games, reflecting the focus and determination she brings both on and off the job.

Kyle leads our calibrations department, bringing over 15 years of hands-on tuning experience to every build that comes through the shop. He dials in each setup to perform exactly how it should—no shortcuts, no guesswork—focused on getting the most out of every rig so it runs stronger, smoother, and more efficiently where it counts.

When he’s not in the shop, Kyle spends his time archery hunting and working on the farm. He’s a family man at heart, enjoying life with his wife and child.

In 2018, Travis started with little more than a garage, a vision, and a willingness to outwork anyone in the room. What began as late nights turning wrenches and chasing a dream has steadily grown into the company it is today — built from the ground up with grit, determination, and pride in doing things the right way.

Outside of the shop, Travis is just as passionate about the things he loves. He’s a die-hard Tennessee Volunteers fan who rarely misses a chance to cheer on his team, and when the weekend rolls around, you’ll likely find him riding and enjoying a well-earned break from the grind.

But above everything else, Travis is a father first. His two children are his whole world and the driving force behind everything he does. They’re the reason he took the leap, the reason he keeps pushing forward, and the reason this business means so much more than just a job.
