We are not a reseller. Every short block that leaves our shop is built on Sunnen equipment by machinists who have spent years developing and testing these processes on daily drivers and race engines alike. That ownership over the machining process, not a parts list, is what separates a Powerhouse engine from a catalog rebuild.

We machine the block and heads to spec and hand you a kit ready for final assembly. A good fit for shops and serious builders who want Powerhouse machining without paying for full assembly.
Ready To Run
We machine, assemble, and test the complete engine before it leaves the shop. Drop it in and go.
Both options include a full gasket package and the same machining process used on every Powerhouse build.
Pickup And Drop Off
Bring your block or heads to Jefferson City, or arrange pickup and drop off. We work with individual truck owners and wholesale accounts, with local customers and shops getting priority scheduling as we grow this service.
