Engine Sealing & Block Components

Freeze plugs, oil pan bolt kits, and block-level sealing components for the 5.9L 24-valve Cummins. XDP's bolt-on side freeze plug kit (XD334) is a direct-fit replacement that eliminates the need to drive out the OEM press-fit plugs - a common source of coolant leaks on high-mileage 24V engines.

Oil System Components

Oil fill caps and piston oil squirters for the 24-valve 5.9L Cummins. Wehrli billet aluminum oil fill caps are a direct replacement for the factory plastic cap. XDP piston oil squirters (XD341) replace the factory squirters that supply oil to the piston undersides for cooling.

Cooling System

Thermostats for the 5.9L/6.7L Cummins. The Mishimoto low-temperature thermostat is a direct replacement that opens at a lower temperature than stock - reduces operating temperatures on modified or high-EGT trucks.
