Price is for one head. Not a pair. Most 6.0 jobs need two — order quantity 2 if you're doing the whole engine.

Built to Survive What Stock Never Could

Your 6.0's factory head gasket design is the #1 point of failure under boost, towing load, or a tune. We fixed that.

We start with a brand-new casting — never been in an engine, never heat-cycled, no core to send back and no core charge to eat. Then it gets machined and assembled in our own shop. Not a reman head pulled off a shelf and repainted. Not somebody else's cracked casting cleaned up and sold as new.

O-ringed or Non-O-ringed — your call.

Choose O-ringed and we machine a receiver groove into the deck and set stainless wire in it, driving clamping pressure into the gasket and locking it in place. That's what ends the blown head gasket cycle for good — no more coolant in the oil, no more overheating, no more guessing. It's what you want if you're running a tune, spraying, pulling, or making real boost.

Choose non-O-ringed for a factory-style replacement on a stock or lightly tuned truck. Same casting, same machine work, same standard — just set up for stock cylinder pressure.

Built for how you actually use the truck:

  • Towing heavy — gooseneck, bumper pull, hotshot, anything that lays into the EGTs on a grade
  • Street trucks running a tune — where the factory gasket gives up first
  • Strip and sled pull — high cylinder pressure, repeated heat cycles, no room for a lifting head
  • Daily drivers you're done wrenching on every 60K miles

What's Done to Every Head:

  • Precision O-ring option for increased head gasket clamping pressure and a bulletproof seal under high cylinder pressure
  • New valve guides, sized and finished — no sloppy tolerances, no oil consumption issues
  • New valve seats, cut true and sealed for a bulletproof compression seal
  • New valve seals to keep oil out of the combustion chamber
  • Upgraded valve springs for improved durability and consistent valve control under high RPM and high boost
  • Complete valve job — every valve hand-lapped and pressure tested
  • Surfaced true and flat on precision machining equipment
  • Finished in heat-resistant paint to fight corrosion and handle the heat cycle abuse these engines see

Beyond gasket integrity, a properly set up head means better airflow and improved fuel atomization — better combustion, better power delivery, better efficiency.

Every head that comes through our shop is machined in-house on our own equipment — the same shop we bought specifically because we weren't satisfied with what was available on the market. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't go out the door.

Order in pairs. If one head let go, the other one lived through identical heat cycles. Doing one and reusing the other is how people end up pulling this cab twice.

Built for guys running a tune, towing heavy, or done replacing head gaskets every 60K miles. This is the last head gasket job you'll ever do.

FAQ

Are these new or remanufactured?
New castings. They've never been installed in an engine. We machine and assemble them here — you're buying our machine work on a brand-new part, not a refurbished used one.

Do I need to send in a core?
No. No core charge, no core return, nothing to ship back. What you order is what you keep.

Why are these different from other new-casting heads?
Most new-casting heads on the market are machined by a contract shop and sold under somebody's brand. Ours are cut in our own building, on our own equipment, by our own people — and we'll tell you the exact specs we hold. Call us and ask. Try that anywhere else.

Do you O-ring these?
Your choice — select O-ringed or non-O-ringed above. O-ringed adds a machined receiver groove and stainless wire for maximum clamping pressure, and it's what we recommend for any truck running a tune or towing heavy.

Will these fix my head gasket problem?
Only if you stud the engine and fix what caused the overheat — usually a plugged oil cooler or EGR cooler. New heads on a truck with a restricted oil cooler will fail again. Call us before you buy and we'll talk through what you're actually chasing.
