RCD CP4 Contamination Kit with CPX Pump | 2011+ 6.7 Powerstroke

The complete fix after a CP4 failure on a 2011 and newer 6.7 Powerstroke. When a CP4 comes apart, metal goes through the rails and injectors, so replacing the pump alone is not enough. This RCD kit replaces the failed CP4 with a Bosch/RCD CPX pump and pairs it with genuine Bosch injectors and new lines. Pick the stage that matches how much of the fuel system was contaminated and your power goals.

• Stage I: Bosch/RCD CPX pump, genuine Bosch injectors, new injector lines and hold down bolts.
• Stage II: everything in Stage I plus left and right fuel rails with sensors, injector return hose kit, low pressure feed line and sensor, and the high pressure crossover and feed lines.
• Stage III and IV: the Stage II parts with an RCD stroker CPX, 25% over (III) or 40% over (IV).
