- Steel Shot Blasting: Blocks are steel shot blasted and cleaned to meet our strict inspection standards.
- Precision Boring and Resurfacing: Blocks are expertly bored and the deck resurfaced on our Hurco machine, typically to +.020 over stock.
- CNC Honing: Blocks are CNC honed to Cummins spec with a torque plate.
- Main Bearing Clearance: Measured with stock or aftermarket fasteners, and line honed as needed.
- Cam Bushing Installation: New cam bushing installed after machining.
- State-of-the-Art Cleaning: Final wash and clean using our custom parts washer with high-pressure water nozzles and cleaning agents.
