Both offer similar performance characteristics, so the decision comes down to how you want to maintain your filter.
Dry (Extendable)Performance is comparable to cotton (Cleanable) filters.
Extend the life of the filter by blowing it out with compressed air(up to 3 times) and then discard.Ideal for dry, dusty driving conditions.
