SPE MOTORSPORT INJECTOR RETURN REPAIR KIT- FITS 11-21 6.7L POWERSTROKE

The SPE Motorsport Injector Return Repair Kit is designed as an upgrade for the problematic, brittle return line nipple on factory trucks.

DESCRIPTION:

The SPE Motorsport Injector Return Repair Kit is designed to replace the problematic, brittle factory injector return line nipple which can break down overtime. Due to the sheer size of the return line nipple, it is also a common breaking point when working on or near the factory upper fuel filter.


When the OEM nipple breaks while driving or under pressure, the fuel system will spray fuel under the hood which can cause a fire hazard and renders the truck inoperable until repaired.


The SPE Motorsport Injector Return Repair Kit for the 11-16 Powerstroke includes an injector return manifold which features a reference port for diagnostic use (i.e. fuel pressure readings, etc.) or for a fuel pressure gauge. It also includes an injector return body, quick connect fitting, and custom designed nylon retainer inserts and o-rings for a factory-style connection.


For the 17-21 Powerstroke the Injector Return Repair Kit includes the injector return body, custom designed nylon retainer inserts, and custom o-rings for a factory-style connection.

Won't come off filter

I bought one for 2017 350. It went on easy and worked good until I went to change filter. It wouldn't come off at all. I had to break the filter off and break/dig the pieces out of the fitting.
