Swap out the faulty O2 sensor in your Dodge Ram 6.7L diesel with the XDP XD1056 Oxygen (O2) Sensor. Located in the exhaust system, the oxygen sensor produces a voltage proportional to the amount of oxygen in the exhaust versus the air.
Oxygen sensors can fail when the sensor's ceramic element is exposed to certain types of silicone compounds or if the sensor becomes oil-fouled. Failures can occur instantaneously or gradually over a period of time. When the factory sensor begins to fail, it can cause poor fuel economy, rough running, as well as a check engine light.
